Bank credentials stay with your bank

Clara does not receive or store your online banking username, password, passcode, or other bank login credentials. Bank authentication takes place through the secure bank and open banking flow.

Connected access is read-only

The connection cannot be used by Clara to move money or make payments, and you can disconnect it through Clara or the relevant open banking consent controls.
